Q: If I get the entire money back, does this mean that you will pay for return shipping too?

A: Unfortunately, since Airsoft Guns Mart does not charge you for the shipping costs, we will not reimburse you for shipping. We only return your purchase price for the product.

Q: Does Airsoft Guns Mart offer free shipping on all products?

A: Yes. Online shopping was invented as a convenience to customers who can shop in the luxury of their home. Penalizing you by charging you for shipping absolves the purpose of online shopping. We value our customers and encourage the phenomenon of shopping at your leisure. We do however charge for shipping outside of the United States. Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes for an additional charge depending on the shipping company, we do ship internationally. We send you an email before we process the order explaining the charges for shipping and if the amount is approved by you, we go ahead and confirm the order.  The best way to order without any delays for international customers is to place an order through our ebay store.

Q: How long before I receive my order?

A: Our suppliers provide standard ground shipping which means within 5-7 business days, your order will arrive. This however is not a guarantee. It also depends on the demand of the product and the manufacturers ability to keep up with the production.  Some orders may take upto 10-14 business days. International shipping however, may take time depending on your order and the custom procedures in your country. So international customers, before placing an order for any items with Airsoft Guns Mart, please do verify that your country allows the purchase of the product. At this time we do not offer express shipping but we are working on it

Q: Why am I being charged for sales tax if I ship orders to California but I do not see sales tax for orders shipped to any other state?

A: As per federal law, sales tax is supposed to collected for items sold within the residing state of the business. Since our business is based in the state of California, we are required to collect the state sales tax of 9.25% .
